hey i am new to the miata world i plan on building a 94 miata into a track and drift monster. i come from the evo world so i am very well versed in forced induction, meth, engine building etc. i have a 550awhp on pump gas evo that im parting out and selling. after that i want to build the miata. i just wanted to say wat up to u guys and i look forward to being apart of the miata community. i just have a few questions i havent been able to find answers to on any miata forums. i tune all my cars and bikes myself and do all the work myself so i just wanted to kno some things about this car i havent already figured out. (last weekend motorswapped my friends 99) wat is the ideal AFR on these cars with turbo im used to like 11.5 on the wb. how do the tranny's hold up to 200whp+ and the motors at wat point do u need to start thinking about building them. i want to run something like 400cc of meth at like 17psi of boost on like a gt28r. built head cams valvetrain with a 3" turbo back exhaust, externally gated and dumped, with a sneaky black intercooler setup. please let me kno ur opinion and other builds people have done. i am also debating doing a direct port methanol system i have seen the intake manifolds on the 99's and i think it would be an easy job.

its the rear dif that likes to go out

u can make around 200-250 on stock internals

400cc will hold 17psi on a gt28r???

why build the head, just throw more boost at it

and i bet someone will flame you for planning on drifting lol

this has been discussed many times, its not really the drifting that is disliked, its mad drifto posers that get flamed here, either show bad *** vids of you drifting or dirty vids of naked gf, sister, mother, anything female really and you'll fit right in here
