I think selling the RB intake will make you a little more money toward a bitchin turbo kit.

Believe me. Turbo sounds > RB intake.

you could build a DIY kit for around 1000-1500 if you got the right skills and find the deals

wow that is pretty cheap. That would be on the same lvl as the FM 2. I really want the full stand alone hydra that comes with the FM 2.

I'm glad my 02SE doesn't look like that anymore...as much as I love the saddle brown on titanium, I hate leather. BTW...GTFO...we already have a FMII 02SE on here

You can use the Hydra with ANY turbo kit, or any Miata. There's no physical reason that you have to use an FM turbo to get the Hydra, or vice-versa.

HAHAH I love your car man I really dig the rims you put on. The front end is nice also. I was thinking of doing the OEM appearance 1 package.

O btw how do you like your FM 2 kit

you have a good attitude and a clean *** car. i suggest you save alil towards the FM or even a Begi kit and while you save you read what we have to offer here through doing this hopefully you will learn, and when the time comes you can either. Send the money to FM and have a 200-250whp miata or send the money out to varius other people whom you heard about here and have a 300+ whp miata or a 250 whp miata with some nice rims and tires etc that will eat most street cars for breakfast. gl man :magn:

I remember when I was young and "loved the sound of an intake." With the current car, I love the sound of the "tires not spinning in 4th."

LOL Yeah I never owned a car with a aftermarket intake. My STi was all stock. Most intakes including mine don't add power its all just noise but I have to say it sounds cool on this car. As for spinning tires lets hope I can spin 2nd with my turbo kit. I saw your car its pretty bad a$$

Thank you sir. Don't mind me, i'm just giving you a hard time
Will be looking forward to your progress on modifications.

After having two JRSC'ed cars, the FMII is above and beyond. Power is great, car runs great and I have no complaints.

Either a) you're full of sh*t and not making that much power

or

b) it's not hard to spin 175/60/14 all season tires

When it made 261whp/252wtq (on a real dyno) it would spin the rs2's in 3rd. When I removed the 2.5" gasket from the 3" exhaust, it started wiggling when I rolled into boost in 4th in the 5-speed on concrete.
