This is assuming that we find 212F under hard usage with A/C on to be a problem.

I sure don't.

Do other people?

Pics of the fans on the rad ?

My bad, the rad is 7 years old and the plastic cover is green.

18psi, I'm trying to understand better how to help my ride cool better that is all, I appreciate any help.

You say that the stock rad with proper shroud and stock fans would keep my temps safe ? long boost + ac and hard drive no ac ? all at 86-104F ambient.

I edited my last post, see pic

I gave you an answer but you seem to ignore it.

Unless you're just not understanding my answer.

And yes, I made 300hp on a stock nb rad and a/c for a while

elior77 09-18-2013 06:48 PM

I don't fully understand your answer.

18psi 09-18-2013 07:03 PM

ok, last time:

is the undertray on the car?
if yes good if no that's potentially the problem
are both oem fans and both oem fan shrouds on the car?
if yes good if no that's potentially the problem

and lastly, if all you're seeing is 212F after a hard pull in hot ambient tamps, then you don't have a problem.

Can't install the tray back, the IC pipes block the sides. :\

It does for everyone. You can trim the stock tray and do the best sealing job possible, or you can build your own ducting. Search . . . lots of examples.

What you can't do is leave it off.
