Wow. I didn't realise it had that much effect. I thought the bottle heater was more of a luxury/wallet drainer.I will investigate this further after the turbo is in and running. Just for interest sake a 10 pound bottle costs me $185 NZ to fill.
I like ur style greeny and urs as well sprayed i hope u both stay with us a good while
Cheers....I intend on hanging around. I have to have something to fill in the time I'm at work.

Sell the nitrous crap and get a cheap entry level turbo setup. Nitrous is fun but in the end you'll want more, and you'll get tired of filling bottles, etc. Been there, done that, got the T-shirt.

wow, thats quite a bit of coin. if you happen to be friends with a vet/doctor, maybe you can borrow their license to purchase some medical grade nitrous at a reasonable price. automotive or industrial use nitrous is the same stuff with added sulfur to keep people from inhaling it (gives you a headache) and is more widely available, so it's cheaper.

thats is in the works except I wont be buying ently level stuff. instead, I will be fabricating my own stuff. I basically got this kit for free and wanted to see what it could do on the miata. installation of a nitrous kit is quick, simple and completely reversible...provided you don't blow the motor. a turbo takes time to setup propertly. hardware, fitment, engine managment, etc.

i am always thinking of useing nitrous on my turbo miata. i got a 1.6 with 215whp. i already bought a methenol injection kit and it does work well at preventing knock and keeping ait down but it does not add much power. could i use nitrous a 50shot safely with my set up? i would want a wet kit to add the extra fuel. because i am using link to tune my car and its not the best ecu. i would be happy with 270whp and i know my clutch can take it.

I ran a 50 shot on my NA with FM II and link for a while. Made 280 whp. That motor was tired and I shot a rod out the block on the strip on my first pass with nitrous. Had knock and a rod just snapped.

Fun while it lasted. With better tuning and no knock it probably would have stayed together.
