Default No start after replacing injectors ??

After installing my turbo kit, i started my car up on stock injectors and it started and ran ok. Not great, but OK.
I installed my FF640 injectors, loaded a tune with some slight changes, and the car wont start. After several changes to the tune, still wont start.
After frustration I go back to reinstall the oem injectors, load back on the older tune, go to start, same result.
The starter spins, and it seems like it wants to start but doesnt. After 20 or so attempts all in all, 3 or so of them ran for 2-3 seconds.

I've put in new plugs, old plugs looked OK though.
I hooked up a test light to all of the injector harnesses and it does show some sort of signal is getting to the injectors.
All fuses are OK, and I doubt it's a relay because i got a signal at the injector (although it wasnt as consistent as I would've expected)

Im running a DIYPNP with MS2 (seq. injection), FM2 kit, 3" exhaust, 95 JDM 1.8l
Attached is my tune for stock injectors and a log for my startup attempt. Anything jump out to anyone? Any guidance?

sounds like you missed a ground when assembling everything back together.
