Default noise after diff swap

I have a 92 that I got last Sept. and I just put in a torsen and of course drive shaft and axles.

There is a noise and a little motion from the right rotor area now. I took a video.
The noise on the right is a little more noticeable than on the left. The left is pretty quiet. Also, you can see a very small amount of vertical motion each rotation.

Honestly, it could have been doing that before too. I don't think I ever got that close to notice before.

Check the wheel bearings.

A friend noticed I did not have lugs securing the rotor while it was spinning. I secured the rotor and noise and movement went away.
