But, Does anyone know the size and thread pattern of the header bolts on a 1.6L, and where one could find them? Other than the dealership obviously, cause they are far away, and really overpriced.

 

um dude take one out and go to your local hardware store and match the **** up it is not hard at all.

 

yeah, other than a hardware store (good luck. the hardware store near me acts like metric anything is an affront to God), you're only option is the dealer or an online vendor like Rosenthal.

EDIT: Ouch. Just checked Rosenthal, and the head-to-exhaust manifold studs are about $6 EACH. The locking nuts are an additional 6$ EACH.
