no i didnt but thanks. some guy of ebay sold the plate as well as some custom gauge faces with them. Its funny because ive been battling with getting that stupid gauge to work for the past two weeks and I finaly figured out the problem. I had the positive wire tapped to the ignition wire that only controls start up. I found the right wire last night and voila! I was so happy over something so stupid lol

One day you'll be driving as the sun is going down, and suddenly youll go blind and crash. Too shinny, or maybe youll just get distracted.

That's the purpose of machine turning. Breaks up the reflections so it doesn't do that.

I need to drop the hot wire guage down to 12g or something in mine.....it never seems to read over 150 -
Full sweep to 250 - so something isn't quite right yet.
What gauge did you use? - as we have the same Autometer unit.

That's right - larger the number the smaller the wire. HA! I have 14g now, so I will be rewiring here in the next day or so. Thanks.
