Default Oil Cooler Woes: Can Someone Help ID This Fitting?

I'm in the middle of an oil cooler install, and I ran into a packaging snag, and need to get 90deg fittings. I've got this weird push-lok fitting that has a radius'd sealing interface. I cannot change the male connection on the oil cooler itself. Can anyone identify what kind of fitting this is? ID is 3/8". Thanks.
