Default Oil leaking from tranny

I've got an oil leak that's coming from the little breather on the bottom of the bellhousing on the transmission. Any idea what would cause that or how much fun it's going to be to fix it? Is that a common problem?

Pic for reference:

If it's motor oil than the rear main seal is failing on your engine and you'll have to pull the tranny and flywheel assembly to replace it. If it's tranny fluid then the front seal on the trans failed, though I don't hear of that being a issue often.

Soooo, what you're saying is that I should put some tape over the hole? Fixed! jk

Thanks for the help.
