Default Oil pan fail? Or salvageable?

Clearly didn't drill in the right spot, I have a spare pan regardless.



Option 1: JB weld the **** out of it and hope it doesn't get restricted

Option 2: drop pan and try again

(The motor is out so it's not that big of a deal)

If motor is out then I say fix it right....weld a plug and re-drill this pan? If welding isn't available then remove the pan and figure out a way to plug this whole. Maybe a AN10 bulkhead fitting and a plug until you can later install a oil temp probe?

If the motor is out, why aren't you just welding a bung in?
