Oil supply please help

I have a 99 Miata in my garage that is nearly finished. I do have one problem. do i have to take the intake manifold off to be able to get my oil supply? it seems nearly impossible to do it with it on

makes it a hell of a lot easier.

the harder way is the take off the wheel on that side and fit thru there... but im with N3v

It's not impossible - but you're right, it's NEARLY impossible.

You've got to know the oil pressure sender by feel and figure out how to get tools in there to turn the fittings while not hitting the oil cooler.

It's a PITA to do it with the engine OUT of the car with the oil cooler there.

+1 All his posts were within 8min of each other. Only a few more to go and we'll see if he lives up to our troll standards
