Default Oil and Thermostat change now won't Idle

So i drove my car to the store this morning to pick up a new thermostat, gaskets, oil and filter. Got home let it cool off and went ahead and changed the oil and the thermostat and gaskets ( which is a bitch with the coolant reroute)

Go to start the car to burp the coolant and it doesnt start right away like it usually does. Gave it a little gas and it did start but was only pulling about 10 inches of vacuum and idling like crap. So I decide to shut it off and check the cam Timing, line everything up... looks like the crank may be off by a tooth.

Reset the timing and I'm pretty sure its spot on and same story still idles like crap 10 inches or less of vacuum. I double checked to make sure the CAS and Injector harness is on correctly, pulled the valve cover and the cams at TDC are in the right place.

is there something on the back of the motor I could have fucked up? Anyone have any ideas? I will try to get a log of it running. but its barely running.

Well looks like The pins in the coolant temp sensor had recessed, pushed them back out and it runs alot better when it doesnt think the clt temp is -40. Still odd that it seemed that the cam gears were out of alignment but maybe i was just looking for what i though it would be.
