lets talk about wheelhop...
at the track last night i had to abort a couple of my semi-burnouts (just need to clean dem tires, yo!) due to horrible wheelhop issues. on one run it caused me to launch on wet tires and hang the *** end all over the track for a hundred feet... while cool, it wasn't exactly what i needed to be doing at the time
so anyway, what are people doing to combat wheelhop? motor mounts, urethane bushings on the rear end, etc?

When I had that occur in FWD.... I'd launch higher and spin them more. From my understanding... its better to spin and then grab... then hop and blow **** up.
I was launching the miata at 4k at the 1 autox I did with it stock... and it spun the 195 azenis and then hooked up quite well.
What rpm are you going at?

Harder diff bushings and motor mounts. No more wheel hop with my rt 615's in 205 flavour after doing my rear diff bushings And the bottom plate that holds the diff up.
I would recommend doing the motor mounts aswell, mine are stock but only temporarly

I'd think you'd have remembered what year car your diff came out of. If nothing else, the '94+ diff is not directly interchangeable into a '91 without also replacing the propshaft and axles. Ring any bells?
