Have you installed speakers in your doors, or otherwise had any work done on the doors?
Have you recently removed your center console?

When you say "Passenger window button controls Driver side window" do you mean you can raise and lower the d/s window with the p/s switch, or does it just to one thing, like lowering and not raising, and vice versa?

I would take the switch off, and using jumper cables, manually activate each window. That will eliminate if the problem is a short in the switch.
