Default Pics of my coolant reroute

Just used the stock thermostat housing on the back with a bolt in the hole where the thermofan switch went. Had a front outlet made up for the heater feed(not yet hooked up) and shifted the ecu temp sender to the front housing. Had a bit of alloy pipe bend up for the top hose around the coldside. While I was at it I had a new inlet welded up without the throttle body heating, just a shot bit of pipe for the bottom hose and an inlet for the heater. This let me change the bottom hose to just a right angle straight to the radiator.

It appears imageshack requires membership to view the pictures at a larger size. Maybe tinypic or photobucket would be better suited to documenting your project so other's might be able to view things more closely.

Yea I felt it was the best and easiest option, I was not wanting to clutter the hotside or the front of the motor with a pipe, and since the 1600 doesn't have the outlet for the oil cooler on the back of the head it made it easy to put the thermostat housing that way. By getting that new front housing made up I avoided having to make up a spacer for the engine temp sender and I also got that whole front of the motor bare as the front of that housing only barely goes out further than the water pump pulley.
