Default pop up headlights=front lift

so im having a problem and amazingly i cant find anything on this site about it. i guess im the only one. so when i drive my 92 on the freeway during the day everything is great. at night with the lights on the steering gets much much mmmmmmuch lighter around 85 mph. this is very annoying and terifying to take the car past that speed. so my question is has anyone experienced similar things and knows the answer. i know that the flush mount headlights would be ideal but the only set i found was 350 used and one was cracked. if i make some custom lights and make the lids pop no more then 2 inches do you guys think i will still have the same problem? (ps i know some led lights that are meant to be ford raptors fog lights that are rediculously bright that are 2x2 inches. comes in a set of 4 so perfect for low and high beam. and yes they are 450 dollars but i can get a set much cheaper)

I've spent multiple straight hours over 100mph in an NA with the lights on. No stability issues. Lower the car and get an R-package or GV lip.

e: Actually, just lower the car. Rover's lights are on during night enduros and there's no stability loss.
