I just swapped out my head lights for new led head lights and after i finished, the left headlight will pop up, but not all the way. It comes up almost all the way and wont go back down on its own. When i do have them popped up I can pull on it and then it finishes going up all the way, and when it's up all the way it will go down on its own with the switch. It wasn't doing that before the install and i've looked everywhere for something jamming it but it don't see anything. Any ideas on what it could possibly be?

 

the articulating arm may be upside or backwards, it changes the whole swing -- same happened to mine once and it was basically that the arm had somehow gone beyond the stopping point and was articulating the wrong way -- look at the one that is working and match the incorrect one to the orientation

 

thank you! i did see a vid where someone was saying something about the arm preventing them from moving or moving incorrectly, ill take a look when i get home and let you know the results! appreciate the reply!

 

Sometimes as you get older your headlights don't pop up as quickly as they once did or require a little help raising up fully.
