He is in a black 95 Camaro with really shiny wheels that he is so proud of. He is a skinny ***, heroin addict looking, black haired, glasses wearing little *** twink who looks just like Waldo. You can't ******* miss him.

He'll be the one window shopping both sides of the street while in his car.

Actually he is a pretty cool dude... ugh I think I puked a little when I said that. The Camaro is running a cam and heads Lt1 on an parallel MS2 with a crank wheel and EDIS 8. It's a cool ride. Runs good but needz moar boost!
