Default Pre-turbo install maintenance

Ok all, I am going to yank out the motor and tranny to do some maintenance before the turbo goes in. Here is what I am doing thus far. If you think of or recommend anything else that needs to be done please let me know.

Tbelt
valve cover seal
cam seals
crank seal
rear main seal
turn the flywheel
Clutchent clutch
front and rear tranny seals
replace tranny and differential fluids
drill and tap the oil pan
install the dual feed rail and 430cc injectors
install oil feed and line
Mazdaspeed Motor mounts
Clean the engine bay

While the motor is out is the default oil drain location still the best option? Obviously, I will have access to drill anywhere in the pan. I saw a couple of post where it was located in the middle of the pan almost directly below the turbo.

Thanks for all your help, I will be boosted again by the end of this month.
