You know I take back what I said earlier because I didn't realize that the crank was balanced.
Just use the aluminum pulley. Stock cranks are extra viscous before they get shaved during the balancing experience. Once it's shaved, it's nice and smooth and the oil can make it slicker. Since you have the Stage 2 balanced crank you don't need the extra rotating weight.

I'm also confused at that. You figure out for sure what is up, then you order parts. You don't just shotgun parts at it randomly. Which is what it seems like your plan was/is.
You seem to slowly but surely be making forward progress here. So it's not all bad. But you need to learn to take advice.

Ok, I went to take the bolt off but I couldn't get it off for the life of me. The guy before me put loctite on it. I put an impact gun to it also and nothing. So i'm gonna have a mechanic/buddy come over tomorrow and try to help me pull this off. When I replace the pulley boss, is a timing job necessary?

My face after reading this thread.
You've gotta be ******* kidding me.
I'm sure this has been repeated but replace everything you're taking apart so you don't tear it apart again sooner than you have to.
FYI loctite fix on my 1.6 held together for about a year before my crank pulley fell off going into work.
