In the process of doing my wire tuck and replacing the main battery cable, also installed a FD alternator.
Stock setup is from battery to starter, and from the same lug on the starter to the fuse box main fuse, then from the main fuse to the alternator.
What I am trying to figure out is the best way to run my wire as the fuse box is moving into the cabin/glovebox. So I was going to run 4ga from the battery to the starter, and then from the starter to a radlock connector on the firewall and that to the fuse box in the cabin. Also, from the starter terminal run directly to the alternator with a fusible link. I want to do it this way instaed of running another line out of the cabin from the fuse box to the alternator like the stock orientation. Any problems in doing it this way?
