I am preparing to pull the Rear End out of my car to replace the Diff/R&P. I want to make sure that i have everything I will need before I pull it apart.

2x 27-238 Axle Oil Seals
2x 27-305 Carrier Bearings (I assume that is the outer races also?)
1x 27-141 Pinion Bearing
1x 27-141A Pinion Bearing
2x 25-421 C-Clips
1x 27-018 Pinion Oil Seal
1x 27-171 Distance Piece

I'm not totally sure I will need the bearings, as my car is a 2002 and only has 20k miles on it.

Will I need anything else, or are there things on that list that I won't need?

Oh, haha...this is my first time to replace a Diff/Ring & Pinion...sooooo.

I won't worry about it, do you think a normal DIY'er can set the pinion depth and backlash?
