Default Redline Shockproof

Who is running Redline's Shockproof oils in their transmission and/or rear-end? I've been recommended to use the Heavy Shockproof by one individual and Lightweight by another for both the trans and torsen. Just curious if anyone was having cold shifting problems with the heavy shockproof or anything like that making the lightweight a better choice. I was planning on using the heavy in both the trans and diff, hear it will help lengthen the life of everything greatly even though it causes a slight drop in HP(minimal~3hp).

Read a few threads on here about people using it but they were pretty scattered and bare.

I talked with Redline Tech once about the shockproof fluids, and they recommended their standard fluids for my 1996 Miata.

I run shockproof in all my diffs and gearboxes except for two that don't like it. The gearbox on my DSM hates it, and the Cusco clutch diff in the miata hates it too. But I use it in every other part of the cars (WRX, Two DSM's, Miata).
