Reminder to hardtop owners
Just a reminder to those who own hard tops....
people suck.
someone smashed my passenger window and tried to steal the hardtop. my antitheft system somehow worked (mixed nuts, bolts, screw heads, etc hardware holding everything down) and they couldn't get it off. They ended up trying to pry up the hardtop and broke the rear mount.
On that note, anyone know how to fiberglass?

CA, where the weather is beautiful enough 9-12 months out of the year to drive with the top down, but everyone wants hard tops.
Sorry man, that sucks. What does rear window glass cost these days? I used to think that it was nearly the cost of a hardtop, but that was back when prices were sane.
Good luck fixing it. And when you do, put decent tint on, whatever is on there now sucks.

Yup. I ended up getting a good deal on one a decade ago but those deals don't exist anymore..
For anyone else needing glass, pn is NB40-63-931A. Its around $400 now.
By the way @thebeerbaron, saw your build thread, looking good! Fellow engineer here - good luck with it. I've got my own swap going on a different chassis
