Default Removing HT glass

I have a used HT. It was originally white, but someone sprayed it red, and did a poor prep job. Paint is peeling and chipping around the edges.

So, I'd like to repaint it. In order to minimise masking and to fix the pushed in seal, I want to remove the window. It looks like there's only 4 nuts to remove, but I'm not sure how the rest of it comes apart. Anyone ever done one? Anyone with a top that is missing the glass, could you take a picture of the opening?

Also, it the plastic trim on the bottom (where it rests on the rear deck) just glued on, or are there some sort of clips or something?

I searched, but came up with nothing. Being that I'm not the first guy to want to do this, can someone with better search skills point me to a relavant thread?

There is no virtually chance you will be able to remove the glass without breaking it, and even if you could, it takes forever to cut through the sealant without the right tools. This is one of those jobs where it's best to pay a pro.

Windshields are the same - when we install lexan front glass, I can either spend an hour cutting myself with a razorblade and shards of glass, or I can pay a guy $50 and watch him remove the entire thing in about 10 minutes.

Take it to an auto body shop - they have the highest probability of being able to remove the glass without breaking it.
