Unhappy Rhythmic clunking from new drive shaft.

Recently got my car all back together, I originally had issues with drive train clunks when engaging the clutch. I threw the whole kitchen sink at it and decided to do get the torsen diff rebuilt with bearings and bushings. Also new engine mounts. Turns out one of the engine mounts was torn which explains the clunk.

But now I have a new issue, As the drive shaft speeds up a clunking noise appears. I can even feel it faintly through the shifter. I put a screwdriver up to the diff and I don't hear it from there, it sounds most clear when I'm directly below the u-joint behind the diff. I'm confused because this is a brand new drive shaft. Any thoughts? Or do I need to just go out and buy a new drive shaft again. Heres a video of the sound in question

sounds like it's flexing and hitting something. Are you sure it's clear of everything?

If it is, that's most likely bearing that is dry or too loose.

Yeah i just double checked. I dont see anything clearly touching the driveshaft. You think its a bearing in the diff?

Ok quick update. Decided to drive around the neighborhood a little. It goes in and out. Quick throttle jabs make it come back with a vengeance but then at cruise it quiets down or goes away completely until i jab the throttle again. Maybe it is hitting something? I think im going to throw a line of chalk down the shaft and see if any rubs off

In your second pic, it looks like one of the bearings (on the left) is sticking out. Aren't they supposed to be flush or slightly below the yoke, like the one on the right?

That pic is the front of the driveshaft. And the rear looks exactly the same. I dont see any marks on the chalk. Deliberately tried to make as much clunking as possible to bet it to mark too.

Is there a clip on the inside portion of the ujoint to register the cap? Some caps have the clips on the outside of the caps, but some ujoint style have the clip on the inside. Some oems use a plastic like substance to bond in a grove.

Definitely a metal snap clip in there.

Welp. I think the clunking is the least of my issues now. Last night i took it out again it the clunking was basically completely gone somehow. Did a pull down the street, just second gear. Immediately pulled back into my neighborhood to see my water temp pegged to the max and the overflow boiling fluid. Oil temp was 109c. Pushed it the rest of the way into my driveway.
Hopefully its just a head gasket...

Oil at 109c is fine, water not ideal but not fatal if it’s just real briefly.

So i found the issue. And i feel a bit dumb. I forgot i removed the oil warmer coolant line last year and drained the coolant and never hooked it back up. I was just very low on coolant. Refilled the car this morning and it idles like nothing happened. Temps look perfect now.
