Actually the V8 section is an entirely different web forum...

And sticking with Mazda isn't really a good argument. The rotary section of mazda is like a completely different company. If you want to stick with Mazda, just stick with the stock motor and make it fast. I think it's way cooler to make the stock not ****.

Appears you don't seem to know how to use a search engine of any kind, which might be a good place to start as you don't seem to know jack **** about rotary engines either.

Why not a rotary section? Because most of the people interested in spending money for swaps are not interested in an airplane engine.

Look up how many v8 miatas are out there, then go and look up how many rotary miatas there are......thats why there isnt a deticated rotary section or forum. Maybe you should be the pioneer. Do the swap, make a build thread, and show us how its done. Just don't be mad when a boosted 1.6 is faster

Never said it couldn't be done. Here is one that was for sale on ebay a few days ago about 50mi from my house. We'll see how it does against a decently sorted 1.6....****, I'd put money on my car.

Okay. Do it then.

Do it for less than strapping a DIY turbo kit on the 1.6 thats in the car and I'll give you my car. Better save your receipts. Oh, and it has to last at least 50k miles after the swap without removing it from the car.

Good luck.
