Default Smoke out of exhaust after letting off the throttle

The car is making good power on the dyno yesterday, but there was smoke out of exhaust after letting off the throttle. The tuning guy say it might be the vss but i have new set of supertech vss instilled when i rebuild the engine. Maybethe head gasket? or the Turbo?

Car setup:
build bottom, hand ported head, T2554 turbo from sr20, 3" exhaust from artech.

Oil, coolant, gas, or butthole?

Check turbo for shaft play.

Valve seals. Only under vacuum (i.e. let off) points to those over turbo seals.

Not always. Turbo seals can be fine under boost (as it pushes the oil back into the bearings) but under vacuum, it will suck oil into the motor.
