Default Squeaky Clutch Pedal?

1994 Miata, Stage 1 clutch (came w car when bought). The clutch pedal is veryyyy squeaky, I haven't looked much into it admittedly, but I had a friend tell me it's very common with mazda's. Anyone else experienced this? And what did it end up being? When I looked it up it said it could be the pilot bearing...but also read WD40 worked to make it go away too.

FInd where the squeak is.

if it's the pedal pivots, give them some WD40 or other lubricant spray.

If it's pilot bearing, decide how much the noise annoys you.
If it's a lot, pull the gearbox and replace the bearing (and clutch, since you'll be there anyway)
If you can live with it, just turn the radio up and wait for the clutch to be due for replacement.

I tried WD40 just now, it helped a little. Still there but more subtle, looks like im gonna live with it

Put grease in there instead of WD40.

I had the clutch slave chatter where it pushed the clutch fork on the transmission when I had an ACT clutch and PP in my 92. I got under the car with white lithium grease pulled back the boot and greased it. Noise went away.
