Default Starting Problems

Ok I've been having a lot a problems. Car died one night, I couldn't figure out what was wrong so towed it to a shop got it fixed, replaced the alternator drove it around for a bout a day and that night the slave cylinder went out towed it home fixed it...drove it for about 3 days and it won't start...replaced the battrey and starter drove it for half a day and the starter goes out...get it home and replaced the starter again and now it won't even start. My friend says I need to replace the starter again...but I just don't see how 2 starters in a row can be bad. If any of you guys have any info or advice I would sure appreciate it.

If you are hearing no clicky, check the starter solenoid, usual suspect when that is happening, turn the parking lights on so that you can watch the dash lights, and attempt to start and watch for any dimming of those lights.
