Default Stereo and stuff. Bored.

Just ordered a new head unit and speakers for the 95.

Door speakers were inop and the headrest speakers were destroyed when I got the car. Already had a shitty Aiwa CD headunit with aux in.

Ordered a Kenwood Excelon KDC-X399 CD Receiver and a pair of Kicker 40CS674 6-3/4" 2-way Speakers.

I hate not having tunes and the Milwaukee bluetooth speaker just doesn't cut it anymore.

Man, I need a turbo.

Got the stuff today. Pretty happy with it so far.

I'll get pics tomorrow.

Looks like quality parts. You could amp the crap outta them later on if you want.

I did a head unit and speakers (some garbage coax) early on. It helped a bunch but I lost the sonic transducers (back thumpers).

I recently replaced those in the doors with Pioneer TS-A1605C 6 1/2 components and it is so much better. I put the tweets in the same location as stock and it's definitely not optimal. I'm thinking of moving them forward and angling them rearward.

Anyways, let us know how it goes.

They were Jamo brand. No longer available. They were cheap, but had great specs.

I had them amped and coupled with tweeters and a small sub my setereo sounded pretty damn good.

Sick!

These Kickers are decent for the price point, especially given that they are being run off of the head unit amp. "22RMS"

Might look into a small powered sub option in the future, but this is MUCH better than nothing/bluetooth speaker.
