Default Stock ecu and skunk2 throttle body possible idle issue

My MSM is currently running its stock ecu and Denso 321cc (23250-74050) injectors as I had to take it back to stock for Oregon DEQ.

Car is running an FM CAI with an altered throttle body (skunk2) and cold side intercooler piping from FM's FMII kit. It is a silicon pipe. I am also running an artech downpipe. On the stock throttle body and stock ecu the car ran exactly like stock with these injectors prior to my upgrading to the skunk 2 or the megasquirt in my signature. I want to track the car as stock and keep the skunk2 for the insurance. The car seem to have an issue with idle,
it searches a bit bouncing around 1K and 850 rpm when coming off the throttle and warmed up. Would the increased air flow of the skunk2 be doing this? Is there a way to adjust the skunk2 to get rid of this behavior? I have not heard any comments on the engine bouncing around with the Skunk2, the majority of comments about it are the bad return spring and the need to loctite everything on it (which was done). I also had the return spring issue fixed by a very good local shop.

Thanks for any comments or suggestions .
