Default AN For Stock Fuel Rail?

I'm wanting to go to AN lines for fuel using the stock rail and hard lines. I have a buddy with a shop that said he can silver solder JIC ends onto my hard lines and fuel rail but my car is 50 mi from his shop. The car has been sitting for a while (year plus) so it would have to be towed there and likely back.

I found some 6AN to 5/16" adapters and I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with them or can suggest some to me. I've found a few different ones but I'm not sure if they work or if they are worth the hassle.

Here is what I found:

and a flare fitting but that kinda puts me back where I started and towing it somewhere:

I'm open to suggestions on type and brand. I don't mind spending more money on something this important the ones above are just what I've found so far.

I'm also open to alternative suggestions as well.

Radium has some as well: SAE Quick Connect Adapter Fittings

You can scroll through the rest of their SAE quick connect fittings on that page as well.

Is that the correct fitting I need? If someone can confirm I'll order immediately. The radium ones seem to be the same price and are probably better quality, probably the way to go if they are correct...

That’s all their SAE ones. Scroll down to the pictures to find the correct one and corresponding part number, then click on the correct one at the top.

Looks like 20-600 (90) and 20-290 (straight). I’ve used their 3/8 ones on an ecotec fuel rail, worked great.

I'll give it a try. I going to order four 5/16 to 6AN adapters, I'll let you know how it goes.

Thank you Mr. Slowly.
