Ive done the same thing, I dynamatted my whole interior. Noticed a HUGE difference in heat. Even when the car was factory i was dieing of heat from the exhaust and since i put the dynamat in with the turbo + 3" exhaust i cant even notice the heat. Only down side is that it makes the car car heavier.

The stuff I used weighs maybe a couple pounds - less even.

Works like magic..
The car is much tighter, quieter, and absolutely rattle free now.
Feels like test driving a brand new car off the lot.

And, I drove for a whole day - on a blistering hot day - yesterday, and the car was cool..

So what is this miracle insulation? I normally will burn my leg on my tunnel at least once on every long drive. Do you have a pic of the finished product?
