Default Stuck rear knuckle bolt

Any ideas to getting these out? 8lb sledge and PB blaster haven't worked so far. Really trying to avoid using heat because I dont have new bushings on hand or replacement bolts.... If I remove the control arm does that make anything easier or maybe I could just bring both pieces together to the machine shop... I'm just trying to get them out to have new bearings pressed in

F New Jersey and their massive amounts of road salt!

So Finally got it after a few hours of going back and forth working on it and then coming back into the office to help customers (I get paid for this?)

What ultimately worked for me was A LOT of PB Blaster, Heated it up with the Oxy/Ace torch, more PB Blaster, and a 10LB Sledge hitting it in beast mode.

Needless to say everything will be going back in with a ton of Anti-Seize

This is a bent one after "some" persuasion:

They can be a bit stubborn, even if not rusty.

I got mine out by cutting it with the sawsal through the bushings and then using the press, a torch, and wax to get the rest of the bolt out of the spindle.

Damn I guess I got seriously lucky here then...I have 2 bearings and I was planning on getting both of them replaced but now I'm thinking that might not be such a good idea...

Meh, if the bolt's stuck and you need to do the bearing just pull the spindle and the lower arm together and do the bearing that way.

But then I'd need an alignment right?
