Help with body work
SOOO I'm almost done getting this car road worthy once again. Now one of the last issues that needs fixing is the rear driver quarter panel. Just looking at how it seems to be on the car I could take a cutting wheel to it and tac up a new panel from a donor car. Anyone have any knowledge in this area? Is there a easy way to get it off other then cutting? and if there has to be cutting will the whole quarter come out in one piece? This is a sample of what I'm dealing with...
Will get more pics later.
The damage is to the point where the rear light isn't even close to sealing and lets water in the trunk. So NO... Bondo is not the ultimate answer and yes I have a new light to install.

welding in a new quarter panel or part of one without causing the rest of the sheetmetal to deform would be tricky. There's a reason people usually cut inside door jams and what not, not just cut the sheetmetal at the body. I think pulling/hammering it as close to original shape then bondoing the final 1-3/16ths might do the trick.
