Hey guys,
I ordered this top a while ago, had it halfway on for the whole summer. Ya know, waiting for a rain rail to show up for two months.

Anyways i got the rain rail now.
Excited as excited can get, i go to my BIL's garage to install the top.
This happens.

I know pictures wont show yet i'll fix that in a minute, im on my phone.

So, later that day I email miatatopsource, they answer the first email saying theres something wrong with my install but won't tell me what. ( 3 emails in and counting)
I did everything to try to have the top latch, i was almost tearing it so I decided to call it a day. ...and have rain and leaves get in my miata again.
I need help, please help. Seriously though... Help me

I tried to make it work with the IMG thing but it would only show a little square.
Anyhow, i riveted the top to the sides, and places the rain rail with the top correctly, inserted all the bolts for the contour finger tight but it wouldnt close fully.
As you can see in the pictures i'm not missing a lot to close it. Id really appreciate your help, it has to be able to fully latch on before winter so **** doesnt get in my car.

 

A new top is probably going to need a stretch. Get that thing in the sun so it warms up and use two people to latch it.
