Ohhhh, see i keep forgetting about the AEM now being functional with OBDII cars. Sorry, I've never looked into the AEM, just know a few people that run them and noticed you sell them. The hydra is nice, I personally wouldn't mind one. You have a site for you car?

I bought the inital flanges from JGS, as it was cheaper than having a single flange cut..

I am hoping to have a cutting machine in house this year to cut flanges as needed..

 

Next time you're looking at getting flanges made http://bmcrace.com/ has the CNC mild steel 1.5" sch 40 pipe ported flanges to mate with the 1.8 head for $61 shipped 1/2" thick. Un ported is like $48 shipped i think.
