Hey guys, yep Im a noob, finally got my miata. (m edition)
Its missing the carpet/flooring in the trunk, it is a 97 with the leather, does anyone know what color the trunk carpet would have been? The interior is all tan and I assuming the trunk would be the same but I am trying to locate a kit all Im seeing is black kits... Is that the color of all our rears?

My car is all leather interior with tan top but the trunk is black...
i don't think i've ever seen a tan carpet in the trunk though...

where are you finding this black kits and how much? I'm wanting
to change all my interior to black...

I think all the carpet in all the trunks is black. My C-package has a tan interior, but it had black carpet.

On that note, I have the entire contents of my trunk, all the carpet, trim panels, jack, tools, spare, etc. for sale. You don't need a kit. PM me if you're interested.

I'm with you koto.

All a carpet does is soak up water when you open the trunk after a wash and then get moldy and cause rust.

PS, was it ever hit in the rear? Might want to look real close for signs of overspray and what-not. I can't imagine why somebody would take that stuff out (especially of an M) unless it was for the repaint or bodywork. You never know.
