Default Turbo Miata rough start, poor idle and weak acceleration

So recently had my head leveled and replaced head gasket with cometic steel gasket and arp studs. When I went to start up car seemed to run very poorly and then died and wouldn't start again. Traced it down to the CAS and replaced that along with injectors and car started running again but still very poorly. Car will start but it is very hard to get it running, idles very low and have to constantly work to keep it running by keeping the revs up till it warms up. Once warm the car has no acceleration, idle jumps between 800-1000 rpm and Boggs down when I try to accelerate quickly both under load and not. I've heard that this is most likely electrical issues but not too sure where to start. Also thinking that maybe it's lack of fuel? When I drive the car I builds boost but it's like it's not using the power and when I floor it, it just bogs down and almost stalls off the start. Any help is much appreciated as I am dying to drive my car.

I'm betting its a timing belt issue.

Sounds like lack of fuel. Considering you changed the injectors maybe a retune is in order. No idea what ecu your on though.

Who did the timing belt?

I'm running stock Ecu with a piggy back from flying Miata. And I did the timing when the head was replaced. Not too sure how to re-tune my air to fuel.

You think maybe it's just advanced too far or something?

Timing marks not properly aligned. Bring the crank mark to tdc and snap a picture of the cam gears from the front.
