Slava, you are the biggest failure when it comes to shipping.

Saml01 11-11-2008 10:49 PM

WOW. I hope thats a mistake of some sort.

patsmx5 11-11-2008 10:50 PM

What's even funnier is that's NOT the first time he sold that MSPNP to someone and then didn't ship it. He sold some turbo kit on ebay a while back and said on mt.net that if someone on mt.net won the auction he'd include the MSPNP. Then he kept it when he shipped the turbo kit. Finally the buyer filed a dispute and urban paypal'd him to resolve it. Wasn't me, but whoever it was that bought the turbo kit kept PM'ing me with updates. No idea how I even got involved. Ah, I remember why. Cause the guy started a thread about it and I mentioned it took urban forever to ship my injectors I bought from him.

18psi 11-11-2008 11:13 PM

thats just gay..I hope there's a good explanation for this....I have been having some problems receiving a few items I bought on here, but according to seller there's a good explanation so I gave it some time, hopefully they arrive soon and my experience is not the same.

but seriously, UrbanSoot man you are a decent member here, wtf?

hustler 11-11-2008 11:20 PM

ban this ------ if he's ripping people off.

+1

Hustler and I finnaly agree on something.

deliverator 11-11-2008 11:31 PM

My experience... He can be pokey about shipping shit. I had to hound him a bit to get my roll bar, but he did eventually ship it.

paul 11-11-2008 11:33 PM

I think I waited 6 weeks for him to finally ship my turbo kit that I won on eBay. Fail.

He was really cool about refunding ALL of my money when it wasn't what I expected though.

Doppelgänger 11-11-2008 11:40 PM

I think he is too busy making up his mind if he really wants to sell it or not in typical urbanscoot fashion.... :giggle:

zoom2zoom 11-12-2008 12:24 AM

If Urbansoot doesn't give the buyer an update soon there will be legal issues to deal with I assure you.

elesjuan 11-12-2008 01:20 AM

:bowrofl: @ people crying cause USPS 'tracking' ddin't update. I've had items delivered to my door and six weeks later still claimed it hadn't been shipped. USPS "Tracking" == worthless.

Good Luck.

thesnowboarder 11-12-2008 02:05 AM

Thats not very cool

boosted7 11-12-2008 02:42 AM

Almost 7 weeks now, it would be different if Urbansoot would actually speak up or keep in contact.

Fireindc 11-12-2008 04:29 AM

WTF Urban?

icantthink4155 11-12-2008 08:01 AM

LOL people are complaining about USPS, USPS is worst then DHL, awful, I barely even get my normal mail.

hustler 11-12-2008 08:20 AM

If this dude really is ripping people off, I can walk down the hall and talk to the FBI about possible mail fraud. lol

The worthlessness of their "tracking" system ended up costing me lots of cash... I sold something on ebay, I was paid, I shipped, I furnished a USPS tracking # to the buyer. The tracking number was not functional (it didn't correlate to any parcel) so the buyer took this as an opportunity to take advantage of the Paypal policies and make a claim of non-shipment. Of course Paypal defended the buyer.

Ebay, Paypal, USPS, etc. are all flawed systems for sure, but the core problem is the immoral, unethical, broke-ass motherfucker who supplements his lacking income with pin-dick scams. Not accusing Urban, btw, just saying that my wallet is in my front pocket...

sotaku 11-12-2008 10:57 AM

I'm having this exact problem with UrbanSoot right now. Same time frame and everything. Only I'm only out $40 so while it sucks it's not a huge deal. Sucks more that it's one of the decent and known members here.

I guess the week he dropped my stuff at the shipping store the guy there's dad died so he was out for a while. Said I should have a shipping code in a few days but no dice. Been PMing him about every week since. Going on about 2mos now. He replied to first few but I haven't heard from him since. =(

If he doesn't want to sell that's cool too, just refund the money. Ah well. I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem. I didn't want to be hasty on calling him out since he is a long time member here and I wanted to see what was going down. Figured there might be a good explanation. I still hope there is.

jayc72 11-12-2008 11:02 AM

Being that UPS and FedEX fuck Canadian's on international shipping, I always try to use USPS whenever I can. In all the shit I've had shipped here only one thing was lost, a Torsen diff assembly. Three parts were shipped, axles, driveshaft and diff. Of those three two arrived at my home. Since then I've had a hate on for FedEX. USPS has never done me wrong.

ApexOnYou 11-12-2008 11:20 AM

USPS royally screwed me to the tune of about $120, and SENT THE ITEM back to me a few days after I dropped it off at the station. Had to tell the buyer it just wasn't going to happen, luckily he understood and didn't leave negative feedback. UPS did the same thing, cost me about $50 but they delivered the item before sending me random BS charges. Hence why I used FedEx to ship to you, they haven't done me wrong yet.

Do like me, make the seller ship it to a warehouse at the border of USA. Go retrieve your parts there and make the duty/custom declaration yourself! It saves me a lot of shipping and customs fees. But I live 300 km from the border I don't know about you.

jayc72 11-12-2008 11:38 AM

Last time I checked any USA border was a bit a of a distance from Edmonton.

UrbanSoot 11-12-2008 12:19 PM

yeah, i suck at shipping and i totally agree with this. i think pretty much everyone knows this on this and many other forums.
as for mspnp (and few other items actually...) - i shipped those several times throug local to my new office usps and guess what happened several times already? yeap, they all came back. i sent 3 international packages as well as 1 local and they all came back first time saying that i did not pay for their shipping when in fact i paid with my company credit and had bank statements to prove it. second time they ALL came back without any explanations.

today i am stopping by at dhl to drop everything off as my company account was finally activated yesterday and i can get rid of all the crap from my trunk finally. trust me - i dont like this situation at all and if i could, i would do something about it.

i did take my sweet ass time to ship all that shit initially though (few weeks) simply because im busy as motherfucker with my new position as a cto of pretty big company which makes me work 100+ hours a week (all local members who know me can tell you about it)

Splitime 11-12-2008 12:31 PM

Don't use DHL!!! They are partially out of business, huge layoffs and workers who could give a fuck about what is shipped at the moment.

boosted7 11-12-2008 12:33 PM

At this point I really don't care about paying brokerage fee's, why not stop by a UPS store and send it off to me?

Why the big break in communication man? I shouldn't have to start a thread to get info out of you ...

UrbanSoot 11-12-2008 12:55 PM

at ups store right now ftw

mad0953 11-12-2008 12:55 PM

DHL is no longer......they went bye bye.....hope he didn't drop it off there.....you'll never get it.

boosted7 11-12-2008 01:04 PM

Wicked, get a tracking number from the bastards?

UrbanSoot 11-12-2008 01:53 PM

sent yet again

UrbanSoot 11-12-2008 03:14 PM

sent megasquirt to canada and intercooler/xd-16 to china yet again. perches are going out tomorrow... i left them in my other car.

jayc72 11-12-2008 03:19 PM

Let me get this straight. You've been driving around for weeks with people's property (It is there since they paid you for it) in the trunk of your car? Seriously? What was your plan for when a crack head breaks into your car and steals all this shit? You ready to offer refunds?

UrbanSoot 11-12-2008 03:42 PM

no, it was at my place for few weeks until i had time to ship it first time. then for some odd reason shit came back from usps saying that i didnt pay for shipping so i sent it again few days after. guess what? shit came back! i just shipped it again for 3rd time at a GREAT expense. read: i sent it for pretty much what i sold it for.

UrbanSoot 11-12-2008 03:43 PM

and yes, i always offer a full refund if someone is unsatisfied with transaction. everyone who dealt with me before can vouch for that. i dont scam - im just slow with shipping because im uber busy.

olderguy 11-12-2008 04:37 PM

I have found USPS Priority mail to be reasonable and efficient if you fill out the receipt request.

Sorry, Man. I've lost money too because of their worthless 'tracking.'

Lets just blame George W. Bush for the USPS worthlessness.. Everything else is his fault. ;)

Glad to see Urban coming out of the woodwork and sorting this shit out.

zoom2zoom 11-12-2008 05:29 PM

Note to self: don't ever buy anything from anyone who is a complete idiot and cannot spell or use correct grammar!!

zoom2zoom 11-12-2008 05:32 PM

There is no damn excuse Urban, USPS has 24/7 shipping ability, not to mention your serious lack of keeping people updated made you look even more shady. You claim to have had no time to ship the parts, yet spent countless hours on here since the items were paid for. Sounds like a big fat liar to me.

UrbanSoot 11-12-2008 05:35 PM

i have to admit that i fucked up and totally forgot to ship coilover perches though. by the way, i sold my chinacharger and manifold which is over at my friends house along with my miata but im dropping my miata off at a shop to have it finished at last and will pick those up so they will be sent tomorrow to o :)

zoom2zoom 11-12-2008 05:46 PM

Dude, just stop posting your excuses, people want results. We don't care how dumb you say you are, we already know that!!

i didnt spend countless hours here and frankly i did ship items and if there is a problem between me and a buyer i dont see how you would ever be involved. :) let buyers speak for themselves.

jason, i just looked through my inbox and i did find an email you sent me but i forward all my email accounts to my gmail so i end up with enormous amount of mail every day so i must have skipped it. i do apologize for that.

and yes, i thank you for posting a link to cr post because i would never see it and i honestly appreciate your concern but i dont agree with your accusations of me being a "big fat liar". and i certainly dont fit "shady" profile.

also, please remind me what am i being accused of if i am being accused or something.
