What's even funnier is that's NOT the first time he sold that MSPNP to someone and then didn't ship it. He sold some turbo kit on ebay a while back and said on mt.net that if someone on mt.net won the auction he'd include the MSPNP. Then he kept it when he shipped the turbo kit. Finally the buyer filed a dispute and urban paypal'd him to resolve it. Wasn't me, but whoever it was that bought the turbo kit kept PM'ing me with updates. No idea how I even got involved. Ah, I remember why. Cause the guy started a thread about it and I mentioned it took urban forever to ship my injectors I bought from him.

thats just gay..I hope there's a good explanation for this....I have been having some problems receiving a few items I bought on here, but according to seller there's a good explanation so I gave it some time, hopefully they arrive soon and my experience is not the same.

but seriously, UrbanSoot man you are a decent member here, wtf?

My experience... He can be pokey about shipping ****. I had to hound him a bit to get my roll bar, but he did eventually ship it.

I think I waited 6 weeks for him to finally ship my turbo kit that I won on eBay. Fail.

He was really cool about refunding ALL of my money when it wasn't what I expected though.

I think he is too busy making up his mind if he really wants to sell it or not in typical urbanscoot fashion....

If Urbansoot doesn't give the buyer an update soon there will be legal issues to deal with I assure you.

@ people crying cause USPS 'tracking' ddin't update. I've had items delivered to my door and six weeks later still claimed it hadn't been shipped. USPS "Tracking" == worthless.

Almost 7 weeks now, it would be different if Urbansoot would actually speak up or keep in contact.

The tracking number was not functional (it didn't correlate to any parcel) so the buyer took this as an opportunity to take advantage of the Paypal policies and make a claim of non-shipment. Of course Paypal defended the buyer.

Ebay, Paypal, USPS, etc. are all flawed systems for sure, but the core problem is the immoral, unethical, broke-*** ************ who supplements his lacking income with pin-dick scams. Not accusing Urban, btw, just saying that my wallet is in my front pocket...

I'm having this exact problem with UrbanSoot right now. Same time frame and everything. Only I'm only out $40 so while it sucks it's not a huge deal. Sucks more that it's one of the decent and known members here.

I guess the week he dropped my stuff at the shipping store the guy there's dad died so he was out for a while. Said I should have a shipping code in a few days but no dice. Been PMing him about every week since. Going on about 2mos now. He replied to first few but I haven't heard from him since. =(

If he doesn't want to sell that's cool too, just refund the money. Ah well. I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem. I didn't want to be hasty on calling him out since he is a long time member here and I wanted to see what was going down. Figured there might be a good explanation. I still hope there is.
