What his the dimension of the plug opening on the 1.6L valve cover?

****, I meant to measure that for Y8s when I was at my dad's today and I totally forgot.

If no one does it by the 10th, I'll make sure to do it at our "tech day".

I've got a caliper, but mine's a 1.8 99. I'll measure it if you want, but I don't know if they're the same

I dont need an exact meassurement. DO your best to the 1/16th and that will be more than enough.

shouldn't it be the same since 90-00 call for the same plug wires? or am i misunderstanding what you are looking for?

If thats true then they should be close, but not nec. the same.

I'd measure mine, but I have both 1.6 covers with a buddy for sandblasting.... sry.

Drive over to my place and we can measure it then

Mine is 1.005" and thats with the cover wrinkle coated if its any help.
