yes, that was a noble

Now that is def. a damn shame.....dad has an M400 and I think we would have to bury him in it if it ended up like that. I know for sure I would be buried in it, as he would have killed me. The other driver obviously didn't feel it time to give up some space, though it was in order. Accidents happen, this I know, but when it happens from the actions of others stupidity or just plain lack of respect for others, that's what boils me.... I need to go cry now for loss of that Noble. Neat color BTW!

m2cupcar 08-01-2008 09:45 AM

I suppose it's OK if you always have the ability to buy another one.

Machismo 08-01-2008 10:41 AM

That is true... Although I personally am not in that category. Ha!
A true racer pats his car on the dash and thanks it for the good times, because it may be the last time he drives it. :)

Savington 08-01-2008 08:26 PM

So the IS was the FOURTH car into that corner, and NOBODY had a yellow flag up?

I'd be absolutely irate with the sanctioning body.

...worked on it for about 6 hours today. took out the dash and all misc shit. took out the heater box, blower motor and evaporator. Kinda just figured replace the stock crash bar with a ganster one. and everything seems to line up damn good. had to make a new steering wheel mounting bracket also... oh yeah and it wont be a pain inthe dick to get into it anymore.

hydro e-brake. i ran the brake line through the car into the brake then to rear brakes. stops like normal when not pulling it but when you pull hard it locks em up. like whoaaa... as show at the 1.54 mark in this video... it helps me keep angle when i'm off throttle in the drift.

Machismo 08-04-2008 09:46 AM

Looks great, glad to see it gettin' mo betta!
Cut that dash in half and it will be even easier to extract yourself. ;)

I think that could have seriously been averted if the flag-fag wasn't such a douche. Props for not getting out of the car and pounding him.
