Default walbro 190hp and stock regulator

Will a walbro 190 high pressure pump over power the stock fuel pressure regulator? Car is a 94, basically stock. The reason I ask is because the original pump went out and the Walbro is cheaper compared to stock replacements. I figure I might as well just do it now if its ok. Thoughts/experiences? I did a search and didnt really find anything other than the 949 crew using nb regulators to get 60 psi.

I think there's a reason you have that nickname.

Leafy I will take your answer as a subtle hint at my inexperience with fuel systems lol.
Edit: I called a sponsor and got the answer I was looking for thanks.

You will be fine. I'm running a Wally 255 on a stock fpr. No problems.
