Default Wanted to buy/borrow/trade 99+ sensors

Anyone here have a 99+ and put a computer on it, so they took off the perfectly good OEM sensors?

I have a huge boogaboo I can't track down, and it would do my sanity a world of good to swap out my sensors for some "known good" ones, just to be SURE they are not the issue.

Specifically, a crank or cam position sensor. I'm sure some of you have them sitting around in a box somewhere - mail them over here and let them relive their glory days for a week or so in my car.

I'm 99% sure I have a cam angle sensor you can use... and also 99% sure I don't have a crank sensor...

Sweet. We'll see if someone has both while I keep mashing my head into the wall trying to figure it out. Latest theory: Coils not firing. Maybe a filter cap or shielded line.

*bump*

Ok, I've spent another 4 hour night doing nothing but driving in circles. I really would appreciate it if someone had a crank sensor they could part with for a short time.

While I'm making a wish, there's a toothed plate which compliments that. It's only $6 from mazdacomp, but if someone has one.....

Anyway, please let me know ASAP. I'd love to borrow it or buy it super cheap. :-)

Thanks!
-Abe.

I wish I knew what I needed. My guess, though, is that the computer would "lose sync" if it were the cam sensor acting up. Hang onto it, though, I might change my mind soon. :-)

i have those on my spare 99 motor. It's sitting at OG's house. He is willing to remove them and mail em out to you. Obviously you pay the freight. PM him and work it out. but keep me posted.
