ok, so my mechanic tried to install my FM 2.5" midpipe yesterday while he did my clutch and motor mounts..... and it didn't fit..... at all! Theres a 45* bend at the downpipe end that it seems shouldn't be there!!!!!!!!!!!! He also fabbed my downpipe up for me when we did the initial install, and we made no modification to the factory midpipe, because I had been planning on the FM piece.....

I just find this very odd...... perhaps I was sent an NA 2.5" midpipe? do the NA cars have a 45*(actually a bit less) bend at the downpipe end?
