Default What the fudge is going on with corksport?

I ordered my Mazda comps MM from them 8 days ago and I've called about 15 times since then with no answer and left 2 voice mails and no call back. I just wanted to know if they shipped it or a tacking number or anything. Anyone had similar problems?

They probably had to order them from Mazda, then went to SEMA, and will ship them to you when they return.

Maybe order through someone else and cancel the Corksport. There's probably a reasonable explanation but I think you have legitimate grounds to cancel the order.

Plus, it's not a custom order/low volume part.

If they had GoogleVoice they could forward their business phone to their cell.

They are down at SEMA, but that's no excuse. I sent them a pm with a link to this thread so hopefully they'll be in contact with you.

Comp mounts are on a serious backorder, guys. They are saying end of November, early December. NOBODY has them. No excuse for the poor customer service, but don't expect your mounts for another month.

We sent out an email on the date of the order saying we were out of stock of the mounts for a long time like most of the other vendors out there. Combine that with being and SEMA and not being available to answer phones certainly didn't help anything.

Our goal is to provide information on orders as quick as we can but we do run into problems with some email providers like Aol and Hotmail which love to label emails as junk or spam.

I bought Megan racing mounts because I couldn't get mms ones. They are made by a Japanese company hard race. They have been making hard rubber bushings for hondas for years. They are very nice quality and just as firm as mms, possibly a little more. Only added a little nvh. I recommend them.

I'll also vouch for Derrick. He was a great help in getting my b6t pistons. Even when I emailed him at like 9pm I would get a response in like 30 min.

Derrick, you really should have a note on your webpage explaining the part is not in stock.

MS05, I have a set of new comp mounts. I'm not going to install them until the new motor's ready, and that's going to be a while. If you want to cancel your existing order, I'll sell you mine for the princely sum of one million dollars, or the cost of replacing them + shipping. Around $95 I'd assume.

Ok problem solved, they sent me an email but it was in my junk mail for some odd reason. Getting my money back tonite and ordering from somewhere else. Great people to deal with after they finally called back. I agree on the call foward to their cell or at least have the voice mail set up telling people they won't be back in a week, and website should say out of stock.
But Dereck was great to deal with.
Ben thanks for the offer but I found them $84 shipped
