Default what supercharger setup is this?

I am looking at this car for sale. He says he had this jackson racing supercharger installed as a "package" but has no clue about ecu or anyhing besides that it is a sc. What kind of ecu or bandaids did these kits come with? He says car has 90k miles and is asking 3400.

No input on ECU etc.

But, SC 99-00 for 3400? Looks a little rough but price sounds alright regardless.

Looks like your basic M45 setup. If so it used to come with a non adjustable Powercard (like the original Voodoo box but with no O2 clamp etc) and used the stock ECU.

Set up and operation was simple. Four wires tapped into injectors, one to power and one to ground. When the Powercard sees boost it extends the duty cycle. There is unlikely to be any timing control.

that's gross. rust and nastiness everywhere.

and basic m45 kit with the powercard is nothing special at all, trust me.

An NB for 3400? Buy Buy Buy, then Sell Sell Sell for twice as much money.

Yeah as long as the body isn't fucked you could probably get close to double that for a stock 99. Then a few extra bucks for the SC and aids.

I'm going to disagree and say that based on that picture, that car is a rusted-to-**** piece of **** and it might be worth $3000 without the supercharger.

He might have to drive it up to new england, but that car could get 6-8 grand all year long up here.

I think you're wrong. The radiator hooks are clearly rusty.

We should continue to argue about exactly how much this car would sell for in stock form, based on the presentation of a crusty engine bay picture in non-stock form. Sounds fun. It's friday, i'm down.

It'll sell for $3000 because YOUR MOM.

I'd rather have no Miata than a rusty Miata.

This. Think of the misery of trying to put shocks on it.

This borderline looks like a flood totaled vehicle

Notice the black debris on the underside of the hood where the belt would fling crap onto the hood too
